Uzma Bashir
Uzma Khan is a dynamic and committed humanitarian holding the presidency of ELFA International.
She has been instrumental in the formation of ELFA International and its subsequent humanitarian
outreach. She has been tirelessly working for the people of J&K, particularly on Women
Empowerment and Leadership, Menstrual Hygiene Management and the girl’s education. Ms Uzma
is committed to work for the welfare of persons with disabilities and their social & educational
inclusion and financial independence and upliftment.
